Repeat Prescriptions
Patients can request repeat prescriptions from their current prescription list using one of the following methods:
- Online – via My Health Online
- By letter – include a stamped addressed envelope (SAE)
- By phone – call Greenhill Medical Centre at 01792 412412 or Clase Surgery at 01792 411166, between 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Ordering & Collection Process
- Patients should order their repeat prescriptions at least one week in advance to avoid delays and ensure any queries can be addressed.
- Confidentiality Note: Patients must order their own repeat prescriptions to maintain privacy.
- Prescription Collection:
- Prescriptions will be ready 48 working hours after ordering (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on Friday can be collected on Tuesday.
- If collecting from a pharmacy, prescriptions will be ready three days after ordering.
Important Information
- Only listed repeat prescriptions can be issued – staff are not authorised to provide any additional medication. Patients must see a doctor for any new prescriptions.
- Do not order unnecessary items – inform the receptionist if your medication list is incorrect.
- If you stop taking any medication without medical advice, please inform your GP so your records can be updated accordingly.
- Patients are required to attend a medication review at least every six months, or sooner if advised by the doctor.
Blood Test Results
For blood test results, please call between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
