For life-threatening emergencies such as severe bleeding, collapse, unconsciousness, or severe chest pain, please dial 999 immediately.

Appointments

We operate a telephone triage and face-to-face appointment system with GPs. To request an appointment, please call between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM (Monday to Friday).

• If we have reached maximum capacity, you will be asked to call back the following day.


• Children with acute medical concerns will be prioritised for a same-day consultation.

Practice Nurses

For certain conditions, it may be more appropriate to see a Practice Nurse instead of a GP. Our highly qualified nurses can manage a range of medical concerns, and you may be seen sooner than waiting for a GP appointment.

• Morning and afternoon appointments with the Practice Nurse can be booked up to four weeks in advance.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient in need.
