IMPORTANT NOTICES:  If you are aged 65 and over please ring your surgery to book your Flu vaccination. If your are aged under 64 and have a long term health condition that puts you at risk from flu, please contact the surgery to see if you are eligible.

 

 WE ARE CURRENTLY  OFFERING  FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS WITH THE DOCTOR.  PLEASE RING THE SURGERY BETWEEN 8AM-8.30AM FOR A TELEPHONE OR A FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION ON THE SAME DAY.

FACE MASK: ALL patients who are entering the surgery can wear appropriate face covering if they want to, prior to entering the building and please follow social distancing measures. Thank you for your co-operation.

QUIT SMOKING:

The service is provided by local pharmacies. Please dial the number and they will assist you in quitting smoking. They will also provide free Nicotine Replacement Patches.

If you have new symptoms of high temperature, persistent dry cough or loss of smell/taste, then isolate yourself for 10 days. Please use 111 Online Service for further guidance and only ring 111 if your symptoms worsen.

MIND SWANSEA:

Supported self help for children and young people is an evidence based mental health and well being service in Swansea for 11-18 year olds. Supported self help gives young people the skills to understand, protect and improve their mental health.
